About

Back in 2016, I was studying Screen Arts, majoring in Camera & Sound, in New Zealand. I was passionate about stories related to social issues, the lives, and the feelings of people. I view film as a medium that reflects a condensed reality through the creator's personal experience, observation, and thought. As a result, living, listening, expressing, and feeling are integral to my career.

In 2021, I pursued further studies in Journalism at Hong Kong Baptist University. During that time, I began creating photo stories about life and COVID-19 in Hong Kong. After graduation, I joined Phoenix Satellite Television as a producer in the Current Affairs and Specials department, responsible for the ZoomIn program, which covers various societal and political stories.

 After a year there, I returned to New Zealand and began working with RNZ as a multimedia journalist. I now create both photo and video stories. I enjoy using different media platforms to tell stories and plan to create more long-form videos and documentaries in the future.
